1. All hire, delivery and security charges to be paid in full prior to goods being collected/delivered.
   
   
2. Unless proof of suitable insurance can be provided a deposit may be required up to the value of the goods. This will be refunded on return of goods in acceptable condition.
   
   
3. All goods to be returned on the agreed date. Excess hire charge will be levied for late return at no less than the daily rate.
   
   
4. No goods shall be hired without positive proof of identification.
   
   
5. Whilst we endeavor to ensure full working order of goods hired, we accept no liability for any defective or faulty goods during the hire period, nor do we accept any liability towards any third party.
   
   
6. All goods are hired at customer’s own risk. The customer agrees to:
   1. Keep the equipment in good repair and condition (fair wear and tear excepted).
   2. Keep the goods in its custody and control.
   3. Ensure that the goods are used in a proper manner by persons with the appropriate experience.
   4. Take proper care of goods and ensure safe storage.
      
      
7. All losses and or damage will be charged for at our discretion. Please inspect goods and report any damage prior to hire.
   
   
8. Customer is responsible for insurance of goods hired.
